It's important to Renewable Strategy to help our customers retain their privacy when they take advantage of our web and phone based products and services.

 


We believe your business is no one else's. Your privacy is important to you…and to us. So we'll protect the information you share with us. To protect your privacy, Renewable Strategy follows different principles in accordance with world-wide practices for customer privacy and data protection.

 

  • We won’t sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, email address or your personal information to anyone outside of Renewable Strategy, the project(s) and company/ contractor you work for.

  • We’ll use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users.

NOTICE


We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally this information is requested when you create a Registration ID on the site or when you access software. We use your Personal Information for four primary purposes:

 

  • To make the site, app and RSL Manager software easier for you to use by not having to enter information more than once.

  • Enable us to permit you to enter our clients transports, sites and/ or asset locations.

CONSENT


If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still access our website https://www.renewablestrategy.com. But you will not be able to make use of the App and the RSL Manager software that require registration.


If you decide to register, you accepts that Renewable Strategy will send you email and text notifications and reminders of certificate expiry and other system notifications.


Renewable Strategy allows client organisations and its members, as relevant, access to our registered customers information for purposes of managing their projects, assets and investments.

 

Should you install our phone App, your location will automatically be used and processed by Renewable Strategy. Should you not wish to reveal your location you must remove permissions or un-install the phone App.

 

ACCESS


We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may review and update this information at any time using your RSL Manager and App login. There, you can:

 

  • View and edit personal information you have already given us.

  • Register. Once you register in the RSL Manager, or your organisational admin register you on your behalf, you won't need to do it again.

Renewable Strategy has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

 

When you access your personal account information, you're utilizing a secure server software SSL, which encrypts your personal information before it's sent over the Internet. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available.

 


Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed the countries where Renewable Strategy, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

 


You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.

 

What we do with the information you share


When you join our website or use our RSL Manager software and phone App, you may provide us with your contact information, including your name and email address. We use this to communicate with you and as required enable you to access our clients sites and project information.

 


Renewable Strategy will disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Renewable Strategy or the site and/or RSL Manager software and/or phone App; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Renewable Strategy, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Renewable Strategy or the public.
